Yasmina Marćinow
Founder & Creative Director
Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, and shaped by both Persian and German heritage, Yasmina Marćinow brings a layered, intuitive approach to personal image—one rooted in cultural refinement, restraint, and depth.
With a background in psychology and fashion, her work explores the intersection between identity, perception, and presence. She understands image not as ornament, but as expression—quietly powerful, deeply personal, and intentionally composed.
Yasmina works privately with a select clientele, guiding each transformation with precision, discretion, and an unwavering attention to detail. Every experience is personally overseen, never standardized, and never rushed. This is a considered, one-on-one process designed for those who value subtlety over spectacle and longevity over trends.
Marćinow Salon & Style reflects her atelier-like philosophy: transformation as an intimate collaboration, refinement as a practice, and beauty as something cultivated over time.
My Approach
My work is rooted in observation, intention, and restraint.
Born and raised in Hamburg to a Persian and German background, my perspective is shaped by cultural duality—structure and intuition, discipline and fluidity. With an academic foundation in psychology and a professional background in fashion and beauty, I approach hair, style, and image as an integrated language rather than isolated services.
I do not believe in trends, volume-based beauty, or quick transformations. Instead, I work quietly and deliberately, guiding each client through a highly individualized process that reflects who they are, how they live, and how they wish to be perceived.
Every decision—from proportion and movement to color and silhouette—is made with long-term refinement in mind. The result is not a “look,” but coherence, confidence, and continuity.
This studio operates as an atelier: by appointment only, intentionally limited, and reserved for clients who value discretion, trust, and a deeply personal experience.
